rubberband racer

I bought this a few years ago for my then three year old son. He loved to watch it race across the floor and jump small bumps. It does go really fast, especially on tight carpet or wood floors. At three he was not dextrous enough to wind the elastic around the back axel himself, but was perfectly happy to have mom and dad do it over and over again. Now he is 6 and can wrap it himself and the toy is sturdy enough to be just as good now as it was 3 years ago. The special long elastic bands now need replacing, as they haven't lasted as long, but we have combined a couple of shorter elastics together to keep up the action. A long lasting, great toy that doesn't need bells or whistles to entertain the kids.

My boys love winding up the car and watching it zip across the floor! Easy enough for younger kids to operate and entertaining even for slightly older kids.

Kids and grown kids can have fun with the rubberband racer and very durable.

Great simple toy- that teaches and will last for quite a long time
