I love anything that can reduce the amount of allergy medicine I have to take and the Himilayan salt inhaler has helped.It allevies the worse symptoms during the day.I split it into ten minute sets two times a day.I am down to benadryl only at night.I was taking Claritin in the day and it was not sufficient.Now I don't take Claritin at all.

For years, I have been using saline solution to rinse my nosethroat almost every morning. I wanted to try this after I fell ill with the virulent flu going around this winter. For me, the sealing of the lips around the opening of the inhaler was a little tricky at first.I have sent one to family members who have had trouble managing sinus problems. They are excited to try the inhalers and see what happens.

The salt inhaler is as described. Your price was a little better than other catalogs. Easy to handle, easy to use.It does make me cough a little.I am hoping it will eventually clear up a lingering cough.I am using it for about 10 minutes a day and working up to 20 minutes as suggested.

Very good.I have asthma. I have not seen an improvement yet, but it says that you need to use it for a bit.I am hopeful that it will help.

I bought two of these for my sons that are in college. . . . They do leave a salty taste in ones mouth but also help to remove any phlegm from respiratory infections. I don't need to use an inhaler as often either. The Himalayan inhaler is definitely a great purchase for anyone with respiratory and or sinus trouble. My boys like it because it doesn't involve water getting washed through their nostrils...less messy and relatively quick. 10 minutes a day to stay on top of things.

Having an early season bout of pneumonia, I was really worried about my 9 year old and wanted to do more than just the antibiotics - the inhaler is easy to use, doesn't taste bad or have any other nasties that she would protest - so she used it with great success breaking up the last of the congestion - we will keep it close by for all colds, etc!

I bought this as a gift for my father who has many sinus issues.He has a neti pot, but doesn't use it often because of the water.Since I am a huge fan of using only pink Himalayan salt for flavoring my food, I thought I would have him try this. He has had a lot of success with this.He keeps it by his computer so he remembers to use it every day and no longer wakes up with tons of mucus in the morning!Success!

This a fantastic product because it is so easy to use, it's effective, and it helps my chest as well as nasal congestion. I've had a lot of trouble with bronchitis this year and since using the inhaler, I haven't needed to take any asthma medication and I've stopped coughing through the day. I find the inhalor a help in reducing my caugh and flim and makes it easier to breath. It's easy to use and I'm happy I found it..

The Himalayan Salt inhaler has improved my mother-in-laws ability to walk a small way without oxygen.She has severe heart & lung problems and pants when she walks while using 8 liters of oxygen. Since she started using the Himalayan Salt inhaler, she can sometimes walk 25 feet without panting.While she will be on oxygen the rest of her life, it seems to be helping her conditions a bit.

Seems like a good product, can feel my stuffy nose start to loosen up when I use it.I have lots of problems with colds, sinus infections and allergies and have used a Neti pot for a long time.I feel this will provide more relief.
