I've had this lamp for two or three years now, and it is completely gorgeous. I've given it as gifts too. The only problem (and the reason I give it a 4) is that it is hard to change the bulb. The socket rests between two identical snowflake cutouts made out of wood. The wood is thin. I have to snake my hand in there to try and change the bulb, and I'm really nervous I'm going to break the whole thing.
