RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your order, so if anything doesn’t fit the bill (or the body, in the case of clothing), you are free to return or exchange it within 4 months of the purchase date.

HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?
Call 877.668.2111 or email support@novanatural.com us first to receive a return authorization (RMA) number. This number helps us to know what to do with your return when it arrives back at our warehouse, so it is important that it be clearly written on the outside of the box.

(Don’t forget to write your RMA# on the outside of the box!)

Always use a trackable carrier like UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES?
Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges of clothing items are returned to you with no additional shipping charge.

Exchanges of all other items will be charged shipping based on the dollar value of the exchanged merchandise per our shipping rate chart found here.

HOW WILL I BE CREDITED FOR MY RETURN?
Returns received within 4 weeks of the purchase date will be credited back to your original form of payment.

Returns received after 4 weeks and up to 4 months after the date of purchase will receive store credit issued in the form of a gift certificate.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?
We do our best to process returns within 3 days of receipt, though may occasionally take as much as 5 days between Thanksgiving and January 15.

Credit to your account should post within 2 days of our processing of your return, but may take as many as 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

IS THERE ANY FINE PRINT?
Of course, what would a policy be without caveats, exemptions, limitations and exclusions? But, we try to keep them to a reasonable minimum. Without further ado:

Items must be received in like-new, resalable condition. We reserve the right to determine “like-new condition”.

We will not be able to take back any items that are soiled, have acquired a scent, or show signs of use or wear.

We can only accept products that require assembly in their original kit form. Once they have been assembled, we can no longer accept them for return.

We will apply a $5.00 restocking fee to each returned item that requires repackaging and/or a new product box.
